It will not become like Brixton and Notting Hill where they have become shamefully gentriefied. Yes, the shops in West Green Road will always do its best to sell take-aways, supply hairdressing and sell dodgy meat. But I dont see your professional thinking that they can come here and take over. As someone born and bred, I certainly dont want the coffee chains to come crawling in, nor flowers to be sold near the station (if you want flowers go to the lovely Greek lady, Thelma's on Phillip Lane or Kings on the High Road). Tottenham/Seven Sisters/West Green Road must be allowed to evolve in its own way with nothing imposed on it!!
