Maida Vale Lovely double bedroom in a large 3-storey Victorian house in Maida Vale with all mod consI have a lovely double bedroom to rent in Maida Vale. It's the Warwick Avenue end. About 4 minutes from Warwick Avenue station and 2 minutes from Little Venice. It's on Shirland Road and it's a first floor flat. Apart from the good size double bedroom, there's a bathroom, living room and kitchen. It's furnished but if you have furniture I'm sure I can accomodate it. You'd be sharing with me. I'm a female journalist. I live quite quietly and am not at home very much but am up for a friendly flatmate. The rent is £695 plus bills, which I think is reasonable for such a lovely zone 2 area full of trendy professionals. There are four tube stations nearby and lots good local buses and there are fantastic restaurants and bars and you'll never be far away from a supermarket. I don't own the flat I'd be a tenant like you.
