Stop insulting our intelligence - we're not that thick. The place looks pretty but I was generally unimpressed with the services levels - not polished or professional. I don't pay to listen to your staff gossip at high volume whilst doing each other's hair, which is what I experienced every time I went in there. The prices have been inflated since the change in management as well. Post reply -->London Wapping Jan 7 Jun ^ WappingWhen I went to KenKou I wasn't at all impressed.I thought the level of service was pretty bad, talking over your head to other staff and completely disregarding what hair colour I had asked for. Its over priced and not worth it, the new management seem to think they are exclusive and high quality but that is totally wrong. I also found the manager to be quite rude to the other staff but fakely nice to the customers which wasn't comfortable. Personally i'd love a local place for hair and beauty but Id rather drive out to get what I asked for. Just because something looks nice it doesn't mean it has a good reputation. Its a shame! The council give you five large items per year that they will remove for free. Look up the Tower Hamlets website. If they are in good nick, phone the woman and tell her and they give them to struggling families.
