The council give you five large items per year that they will remove for free. Look up the Tower Hamlets website. If they are in good nick, phone the woman and tell her and they give them to struggling families. I would like to start jogging and wanted a jogging partner/group to start jogging with. The main reason is weight loss and the long term goal is a respectable level of distance running.
