I am 50 years old, and have loads of friends who would like to do FUN dance classes without the pressure of being super good or super fit- just a way to get exercise without feeling like the oddball at the back of the class. There is loads of scope for someone with a bit of imagination to get women, and probably men, to go along and do fun dance routines which don't make you feel like you are the world's worst dancer, and at the end of an hour make you feel you have had a laugh and some enjoyable exercise.
