It shows how easy it is to get a personal training qualification now as the quality of trainers is incredibly poor. The majority dont even seem to have a basic knowledge and at £50 ph this is not what you would expect. The gym equipment is also tired and dated. If you are serious about losing weight and getting fit you should spend your money elsewhere. I joined after moving to the area and with 6 years of personal training experience I could not believe what I found. It has clearly gone downhill fast since its good reviews. Join up at your peril you have been warned!! I think they only opened a few weeks ago as they are where the old circle club used to be. I am really impressed with the trainers and the service I have received so far. I have had personal trainers in the past but these guys really care about my goals and give me a great workout. I would highly recommend them.
