Upto five years' ago a pal used to come along too, but he had to drop out because of poor health. Before and after the lecture we used to enjoy a pint in "The Hoop and Toys" pub. South Kensington Running PartnerHi, am looking for a running partner for 3 - 5 morning runs per week before work,in Hyde Park/Ken Gardens. I used to do some distance running, and am now returning to running after a longish absence. My speed is therefore quite slow now, but should improve quite quickly. I would like to be able to run 5 miles in 45 minutes. I anticipate that I currently take approx 60 mins to run this distance. South KensingtonWanted an electric/adjustable double bed. Must be clean and in good condition. Doing this add on behalf of my elderly neighbour. Hasn't said what she can afford but I suspect not a lot. Know these beds are not cheap - don't think she quite realises. She's quite deaf and I don't think she took in what I said in terms of how much even a secondhand one would set her back. Anyway, have listed for her as mentioned this site to her and promised her I would. If there are any extremely kind people out there that have one and dear old sole. She suffers with her back and arthritis and has heart problems too. She can't sleepat night as in pain and her bed not good I have to admit. bless her! What it is to get old hey - poor old bugger!
