In this case that is no planning permission which seems likely from the above. If there is no exit strategy then its a gamble not an investment. For a gamble you you should alwaysbe able to predict the odds. If you cant predict the odds then its probably not where you want to put your money. It starts at 10am but get there alot earlier as it gets busy. It's quite easy to find. There's another one @ Nuthill Fruit Farm, A3 southbound. 3 miles from Guildford, Surrey.
