I can find no mention on line and when I key in the address find that it is now a hairdressers. I just wondered if anyone knew at what point it ceased to be a music shop? His mother was a Margaret Grieve, but I have so far been unable to trace his father. Other people living at the address or at No 4a at the time were Alexander Johnstone, Mrs A M Dewar and John Hills. Does anyone know anything about these people and if they had any connection with Margaret Grieve or my father? I would be very grateful for any information. Your views on the mobile shop!!!I am thinking of starting up a mobile shop. Maily aimed at the elderly or dissabled. The concept behind the mobile shop is for basic nessecities such as toothpaste, bread, milk etc where people can't get to the shop or don't have the time. My mobile shop is like a take-away. You ring up from a leaflet, give your order and within 15/20 minutes you have your goods. Theres nothing worse than settling down for the night and realising you have no milk or cigarettes or maybe you just want a couple of sweets and drink for the night? I want to ask for your help. If you feel this is a good idea or not? would you use the mobile shop if it was up and running? If there's a process like this already out there? It's based for those living in HARLESDEN ONLY. Please leave your views. Mail-me Post reply -->London Harlesden Belinda 15 Jan ^ HarlesdenI think it's a brilliant idea. There large numbers of elderly/disabled people in the area (my husband is a carer so I know) and I'm sure they would welcome such a service. Good luck Post reply -->London Harlesden 12 Jul Harlesden Oldfield schoolOld field school, now Leopold Primary School, is now 100 years old.
