Post or Ask something here in 'Forest Hill' Forest Hill large room, workshop or basement needed in Forest HillHi, I need a room which can be dedicated 7/7 to give music tuition in Forest Hill. I need it... now. The ideal would be a basement with a large room or a couple of rooms to make sound proofing easy. This is a serious request, I have been teaching here for 8 years but I have to move out out of my studio due to new ownership of the building where it is currently located. It does not have to be a basement, it can be any space which is large and secure enough. Last time I was there I saw a gang of about 10 teenagers outside a shop on Stanstead Rd and I got all nervous. I realise Marler Rd is closer to Catford which is less nice. I do really like the area in general but I'm worried if I feel unsafe I'll regret buying the house. I currently live in Islington which isn't without its problems - oh no - but it feels much busier and a slightly more cosmopolitan crowd. Having said that I can't afford to live there!
