East Finchley Taunton/Blackdown ok...?  

I'm moving to London to start a new job next month. After looking at a few prospective areas to live and deciding (quite easily, as it turned out) upon East Finchley, I've been checking prices of 1 & 2 bedroom flats. There seem to be an number of places for sale in the Taunton Drive/Blackdown Close area and whilst I realize it's a bit of a walk from the tube station, I was wondering if there were any other reasons for people selling there.
