A man comes round to collect. Also, new cafe in park which does a mean coffee. The classes are by a great instructor named Des who is a British Kick-Boxing champion. He also does 1-2-1 training which I do with him and it can't be beat! Definately worth checking out. Further inquiries I made and found out that it's a dodgy place. Apparently it should be shut as the council stopped funding it years ago! The people who run it are-get this-SQUATTING!! Yeah, they don't pay rent to Brent council so stay away..... It does depend on what time you get it. About before 7.30am and after 8.30am you should get a seat but any time between you are most likely standing.
