My oldest is coming up to secondary school age and I love it here but for the first time I've been worried by reports in the Ham and High that the headteacher of St Aloysius has advised parents to pick up their sons, after two pupils were stabbed to death within a few months of each other. Do you have teenagers living in the area? What are their experiences of going about their daily business? You hear a lot of second-hand reports that muggings etc are just an occupational hazard of living in London. I don't want to be paranoid, just would like to hear the views of those with older kids.
