Canonbury is your flat available 14-18 july?  

Hello

Are you going away from 14-18 July and would you be able to lend your flat to my friends for a fee and some nice French food? 6 careful adults, one six year old girl and a baby are coming to visit me in London and I am having real trouble finding somewhere for them to stay.

Canonbury Has anyone found a tabby cat in the last 4 weeks??  

Our 9 year old female tabby cat has been missing from the Highbury/Canonbury area for the last 4 weeks.

She has white paws and no collar.

She is rather timid and does not venture far for very long.

We are really concerned now about her and are anxious for news.

If anyone has found a cat matching her description in the Highbury/Canonbury areas (or slightly further afield possibly as she could have travelled along the railway line) whether alive or dead, please could you get in touch as we would like to know what has happened to her either way.

Canonbury Really lovely area...  

Canonbury is a gorgeous little area tucked away in Islington. Some excellent pubs with fabulous gardens, quiet, pretty streets....and close to all of Upper Street's amenities. A really lovely little area.

Canonbury Canonbury House  

I have come across an old water colour of Canonbury House. It was painted in 1809 and is quite grubby. I could perhaps get it copied for you. I was just looking on the internet to see if it still existed! I would be interested in seeing a photo of what it looks like now.

Hi i came across this site while searching the net for interesting data re my family History.I did find one posting long agoand someone was asking for a photo of Conanbury House and saying that it was at one point the home of the Hextall Family i did send a e-mail at the time but sadly got no reply i would love to see a picture of this house and some data on its history Ian
