I've just moved here, having lived all over London for ten years. I love it here. It's central, buzzy, as well as being within walking distance of Crouch End and Highgate, while still being within Zone 2 on a tube link, which neither Highgate or Crouch End are. Transport Links are fantastic, restaurants are everywhere and you can walk to Waitrose - or Sainsbury's, if you're desperate. Recently arrived is Sainsbuy Local for easy food shopping. This joins the excellent baker called Boulangerie near the junction, Holloway Road/ Fairbridge Road. Fantastic sandwiches made with crispy fresh baked bread as well as patisserie.
