We are looking for lots of people who want to give some thing back to there community. We are looking for people who have a few hours per week to help people get back to work. Your time would be spent supporting people to break down barries that prevent them gaining employment. The issue they face are low self esteem, lack of confidence, homeless, abuse (many different) bullying and many more. If you feel you would like to volunteer, please contact the above e-mail. We've been donated some goods at three locations in London (WC1H 9AJ, N1 9PF and Leytonstone) and would like someone to drive to pick them up with one of us! You won't have to do any lifting. However we don't have a car so you will need to have one (or be able to borrow one). If you contact your local EVS office in Romania, they should be able to help you find and apply for a volunteer place in London (go to http://www.youthnetworks.eu/VolunApply.aspx to find contact details for all the EVS organisations in Romania). With EVS, your food, housing and some spending money is paid for. Normally organisations will not pay for your housing if you volunteer with them, though! So EVS is a really good opportunity.
