Posted by Sue Sept 25: Free Offers/Swaps/Recycle/Services/Experience Exchange forum would be great!.. for those who have something they don't need anymore but don't wish to throw away and waste (always someone in need) - FREE - or who have something they no longer need but do need something else, but maybe cannot afford to buy it, so could SWAP for. Recycling, saving money and less strain on land fill sites ;oP etc. 'One mans junk is another mans treasure' kinda thing LOL and also saves the pennies ;o)

Swap Exchange or Free Anyone looking to downsize to a lovely studio based in Crystal Palace?  

Not the common Downsize request! This one comes with a sizeabele cash incentive. I live in a 1st floor studio, in a purpose built block of 4, 8 flats all together in the block. Very lovely neighbours, quiet area cul-de-sac, nicely decorated ready to move in! Car park space, near all local shops inc. Sainsbury's. Lots of lovely food restaurants and bars in the area with Crystal Palace rail and over ground East London line station 5 mins walk away. 20MINS into Central London and massive park 2 mins away. All pets allowed except Dogs and the rent is £90 a week.

My one bed flat is rather nice in a house conveted into flats but is unfortunately too close to my ex! It has a big, wildish communal garden which backs onto the local park. Great for dogs walkers. Pets allowed. Lovely views of nature; sky, birds and trees.
Good size rooms, good light, good transport links; Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Deptford all in walking distance. Greenwich is a 5 min bus ride away.
