Sport London Fields frisbee buddies

Hello, I'm pretty much a beginner, but I'd really like some disc buddies that I can meet on London Fields (or at a push Victoria Park) to improve my skills and generally enjoy the summer sunshine (while it lasts!!!).

I live within spitting distance of London Fields, but sadly most of my friends don't, so anybody who's up for a bit of frisbee action, please let me know.

Sport putney/Barnes after work exercise

Hi, i'm a 30 something girl in need of toning up and looking for a likeminded gal in the area who can join me for some mutual motivation. I'm thinking running, rollerblading, swimming or even a dance DVD in my living room - i'm not very fit so it's mainly just someone to have a giggle with while we're trying some new things.
