 | Single Parents Looking for Mums with Child for share in South LondonI'm writing on behalf of my partner who is currently living a 4 bedroom house with our eldest son in SW London, 2 mins walk from tube with lots of bus access. We're looking for a suitable mum and child(ren) to share the costs of the house for possible a few months or longer. The rooms are extraordinarily large for London. One is a Loft Room, the other is a ground floor room. Both have queen beds. There is another bedroom which is smaller and might be available and suited to a child. It has a double bed, but not a lot of other space in the room. I think it's currently occupied by our son, unless he's back in the loft! Its a nice cosy flat with everything you need in walking distance. The train station is located 10mins walk, that gets into Central (Liverpool Street) under 25mins or Seven sister underground is located 3 stops away via train. There's load of bus links including night buses. I will be moving out Early October so there's the possibility of you having the flat all for yourself. Rent will be split in half and will be £450pcm. There's sky tv and internet that I pay for myself which is not included but you are more then welcome to use. I try not to be in all the time as I like to go out and about. I am a single mother to a 7year old boy so I would need someone who doesn't mind kids, he's well behaved and will usual be outside if not sleeping! It would be great for other single parents too!
