Ideally I would like a single parent (male or female) to move in. I have a 7-year- old daughter who comes to stay with me regularly; I don't live near her school, so she has no playmates nearto me. I have found some flatmates in the past not to be particularly child-friendly. The rooms are available from 14th December. The flat is on a quiet residential street in Muswell Hill, just around the corner from one of the best primary schools in London.The flat has wooden floors, broadband, a furnished lounge and a large garden. The only problem I am finding is that many landlords won't accept DSS. Unfortunately this is the position I' find myself in although I understand from Citzen's advice that there should be no problem at all revceiving benefit. I have a daughter of 13 months so this arrangement sounds really nice. She is really quiet btw. I know I would say that! I'm being honest. Anyway perhaps you would consider it?
